Edrich-Leigh-Witts-1894-1921
Edrich Leigh Witts was the son of Edwin John Witts and Rachel Rankin and a World War I Veteran, Lieutenant in the 5th Divisional Ammunition Column, AIF. He was injured twice whilst on active duty, his parents were advised at one point that he was severely injured and may not recover. He retired from the army in 1920 through ill health and sadly died a year later. Edrich was the Grandson of Sarah Ann Tivey and Alfred Edward Witts. Thanks to Paul Witts for this photo.
