I, ALBERT TIVEY revoke all former Wills from this date And it is my wish at my decease that any property that I own shall be sold in due time And that 20 per cent shall go to Maurice Henry Tivey my son 20 per cent shall go to Florence Tryphena Anderson my daughter 20 per cent to Arthur Tivey my son 40 per cent to my daughter Kathleen Mary Tivey also the home to do as she likes with and all moneys and jewelry as may be left my eldest son Albert James Garnet Tivey for a number of years as had no regard or consideration for my feelings he must not be surprised at my taking the liberty myself I APPOINT Mr Charles Tootill of Netherfield and Mr G H Straw of Carlton as EXECUTORS
