This article appeared in the Manchester Guardian 18th April 1928. It features William Tivey of Group 20, from Sheffield, who was deemed to be light-fingered in 1928. He was born in 1887 Derby to Joseph Tivey and Martha Ellen Thornton Clark. The family moved from New Normanton to Sheffield during the 1890's.
