| The lady in the centre of the
picture is Margaret Tivey nee Heathcote born 20
December 1903 in Manchester to parents George Heathcote and
Frances Agnes McKenna. She married Ernest Joseph Tivey, my husband's gradfather, who moved to Salford from Staffordshire with his parents William & Jessie when he was an infant. On her left is John Frederick Tivey 1930-2005 and on the right is his sister Margaret Mary Tivey born 1928. The family are from Group 6 and John is the one who inspired this website. |
