| This photo has been donated to the site by Alison Kydyk (nee Tivey) of Canada. It features her grandparents, George William Tivey, born 1898 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India and his wife Margaret Cahill who was born 1895 in Kildare, Ireland. The couple married in Farnham, Surrey on September 8th 1922 and two children followed. Elizabeth born 1924 and Anthony born 1926 in Lowestoft, Surrey. Anthony, who was an accountant, emigrated to Canada and married Rona Daphine Holden in Toronto. These are Alison's parents.
