George is from Group 24. His grandfather was George Berkeley BELCHER who fathered an illegitimate child George Berkeley Tivey Snr, with Spinster Elizabeth Tivey in 1848. The entire Tivey line in this group take their surname from Elizabeth.

 Emma Mary Durer Pudney - to give her her full birth name, was the daughter of George Pudney and Emma Cox. The couple had 6 children, 4 of them surviving infancy - they were Berkeley Thomas Tivey 1893-1915 (died of cerebro-spinal meningitis whilst on active duty during WWI) Harold Berkeley Tivey 1895-1957, Durer Isabel Tivey 1904-1928 (mother of Brian Kamlapat Tivey) Louis Berkeley Tivey 1907-1993.
