1888 Marriage solemnized at the Parish Church in the Parish of Worthington in the County of Leicester; Entry No 148; Fifth April, Frederick Edward Tivey, age 26, Bachelor, Occupation Carpenter, Residence Griffydam, Father James Tivey (deceased) Occupation Labourer; Sarah Agnes Palmer, aged 26, Spinster, Residence Griffydam. No Occupation, Father John Palmer, Florist; Marriage in the Parish Church according to the Ries and Ceremonies of the Church of England after Bands by me Robert Parsons; This marriage was solemnized between us Frederick Edward Tivey and Sarah Agnes Palmer, in the Presence of us, Leonard Palmer and Eliza Ann Fletcher; All signed their names;;

Frederick Edward Tivey was born 1861 in the village of Worthington, Leicestershire to James Tivey (1818-1865) and Louisa Fletcher (1829-1906) of Group 6.  After the death of James Tivey,

 Frederick was brought up with his mother and step father George Mee.  after their marriage they lived in Peggs Green before later moving on to Main Street in Thringstone. Frederick died at the age of 79 in 1941, he was crossing the road in Coalville and was knocked over by a car driven by Walter Widdas, A Mines Inspector, the coronor ruled accidental death and stated that Mr Widdas was not to blame in any way.
