Marriage Certificate Transcription: 1862 Marriage solemnized at Nottingham in the parish of St Paul's in the County of Nottingham. Entry No 119, September 15th Thomas Waldram, Aged 31 Widower, Tailor, of Godley street, Son of Thomas Waldram, Tailor; Frances Tivey, Aged 25 Spinster, of Godley Street, Daughter of William Tivey, Blacksmith. Both signed by X. Witnesses Henry Gilmore and Emma Waldram (X). After Banns ** NOTE: Her father was not William Tivey, Mechanic, she made this up to cover the embarrassment of being illegitimate, William was her brother's name.

Frances who was also known as Fanny, was born 1837 to Elizabeth Tivey of Group 10.  I have the following notes on her:

BIRTH: 1837c Frances is listed as being 4 years old on the 1841 census, 14 on the 1851 Census, at marriage in 1862 she was listed as being 25 years old. She was the illegitimate daughter of Elizabeth Tivey

1841 census Frances is with her great-grandparents the Edwards family at Roper's Hill Farm in Staunton Harold, Leicestershire. She also has a brother with her named William, 2 years old. Frances Tivey aged 4. 1851 Shardlow Union Workhouse, Pauper, Aged 14, along with brother William Aged 12 listed as "Paupers"

1853 Frances gave birth to a daughter Elizabeth, in Shardlow. father Unknown

1861 England census: Residing at Plumb Street, Nottingham, St Mary. She is listed as the "daughter" of David Rudd, Aged 43, Widowed Sinker Maker born Hathern, Leicestershire. Fanny Tivey, Aged 26, Glove Sewer, Married, born Melbourne, Derbyshire. Elizabeth Tivey, Granddaughter, Aged 7, Scholar, Born Shardlow, Derbyshire; Source Citation. DEC QTR 1862 Frances gave birth to a son William Waldram

1886 Only son William dies in Chard, Somerset, aged 24, he was married with 2 children.

1887 Widowed: Death of husband Thomas, aged 57;
