Marriage certificate transcription: 1862 Marriage solemnized by Banns in the Parish of Heather in the County of Leicester, Entry No 77, Feby 3rd, Edward Warner, of full age, Cooper, Of Burton On Trent, Son of George Warner, Cola man ? Frances Tivey of full age, servant of heather, Daughter of George Tivey, Labourer. Married in the Parish Church by G P Holker, both signed as did witnesses William Woolley and Elizabeth Tivey.

Frances who was given the birth name Fanny, was born 1838 to George Tivey and his wife Hannah Kendrick in the village of Heather, Leicestershire. She married under the name Frances, to Edward Warner, a native of Burton Upon Trent, They lived on Guild Street in the town, Edward was a Cooper, as was his son William. They had 7 children in total, 5 surviving infancy.

Frances died tragically in 1891, local newspaper reports suggest she was painting a second floor window when a beggar came to the door, she over balanced and fell from the window banging her head and fracturing her skull, she died shortly after the fall.
