Fanny Newbold born 1847 in Breedon on the Hill, Leicestershireto parents George Newbold, Shoemaker and Jane Eaglefield, married John Tivey of Group 6 (Our family) in 1871. They separated at some point and he was missing for some time - at his daughter Emma's married to Walter Walker in 1894, John is listed as "Deceased" - despite the fact that he lived until 1907 - his death was witnessed by his nephew Edward and registered by Edward's wife Sarah. He must have been missing a while before Fanny married again to Joseph Huner in 1886, legally it was bigamy as she and John never divorced. Thomas Tivey, father of John, wrote his Last Will & Testament in 1882 and he makes no mention of John, only his wife Elizabeth and younger son William (Thomas died 1896 and the will remain as 1882 no codecils)  Fanny decelares herself to be 30 years old and spinster - she was in fact married and 39 years old - almost twice the age of her 2nd husband, Joseph Huner. They had a son Ernest Huner who took over their farm along with his half sibling Thomas Tivey after the death of his father in 1917. Fanny died a year later, and Ernest sadly passed away in 1924 leaving the farm in the Tivey family once again.
