Charles-Henry-Tivey-of-Rainham-Arrested
The following article appeared in the Biggleswade Courier on 15th February 1952. Charles Henry Tivey of Group 4. He was born in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, and later lived in Essex. With a wife and 6 children to feed, no wonder he pinched some spuds!
