Marriage solemnized at The Parish Church in the Parish of Radford in the County of Nottingham, Entry No 192, 28th May 1885, James Arthur Carver, aged 22, Bachelor Moulder, of Sullivan St, Son of Richard Carver, Lace Maker: Alice Mary Tivey, aged 20, Spinster, of Osborne St, Daughter of James Tivey (deceased) Warphand. Both signed, Witnesses by Leonard James Tivey and Emma Carver.

Alice Mary  Tivey is from Group 2, she was the daughter of Mary Elliot and James Tivey (1824-1864) She was born in Hyson Green, Nottingham. Alice and James later moved to Sheffield, they had 5 Children, Leonard James Carver (named after Alice's brother) Fred Carver, Coiln Carver, Alice Carver  and Clifford Carver
